Some examples of past custom adapters include a 5×8 to 6.5″ adapter for the Ford Ranger, a 6.5″ adapter for the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6, including the MazdaSpeed versions, The B15 Sentra, the A32 and A33 Maxima, and several other applications whose chassis codes or years I do not know.
